Registration Fee Protection Plan (RFPP)

The Vortex Softball maintains a no-refund policy for all of our clinics, however we do offer a “Registration Fee Protection Plan” (RFPP) for players who may have to change their plans and unexpectedly drop out of a clinic.

You must purchase the RFPP at the time you register for the event (pay your registration fee). This option is only available to you if you register for the clinic at least 15 days in advance.

The cost of the RFPP is $50.

This will entitle you to the following:

RFPP Exercised	Benefits with purchase of a RFPP	Options if no RFPP
15 Days or More Before the Clinic	100% refund of registration fee OR No charge to transfer to another clinic that has an available position.	No refund. $100 fee to transfer to another clinic with an available position.
14 Days or Less Before the Clinic	No refund. No charge to transfer to another clinic that has an available position.	No Refund. $175 fee to transfer to another clinic with an available position.

You exercise your RFPP by sending an email to Ken Hill at Ken.Hill@vortexsoftball.com. Your time stamp on the email will be the date we use to determine your refund category. You should state in your email, the player’s name and the event you are canceling out of and which option you are choosing.  The reason for canceling is not needed since you have purchased the RFPP benefit. We will send you an email, with confirmation of your request for the change or refund.

This Registration Fee Protection Plan offers no protection if the event is rained out, please see our weather cancellation policy.
